Any unauthorized use of ffb777's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

In the event that ffb777's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, ffb777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your ffb777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory applicable law, including liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the ffb777 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ffb777 support. ffb777 will endeavor to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Where the dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may be referred to PAGCOR or the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable gaming laws.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ffb777 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the Platform at ffb777.asia/terms-conditions.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — ffb777 will provide notice of the change through the Platform or by email to your registered address, where reasonably practicable, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued access to or use of the ffb777 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
